WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You will join Western Canada’s largest real estate marketing organization, MLA Canada. You will report to the Director of Communications and help us plan, buy and execute across all traditional and digital media channels. Your core responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • Work alongside Project Marketing department to plan and execute awareness and lead generation campaigns
  • Develop media strategy documents, blocking charts, booking/insertion orders and interim/post reports
  • Measure, analyze and report on media campaign performance against estimated KPIs across all mediums
  • Provide POVs on new media opportunities
  • Oversee the work of team members ensuring deliverables are error free
  • Collaborate with media vendors to stay up-to-date with media landscape and trends
  • Build strong rapport with new media vendors to further knowledge
  • Create monthly reports with vendor supplied audience performance, campaign analytics and website analytics
  • Evaluate CRM data to optimize media performance
  • Proactively monitor campaigns to ensure no gaps in market
  • Work closely with Accounting department to request invoices, track payment and reconcile campaign savings
  • Track weekly client budgets across all platforms to ensure efficient spend
  • Log monthly credit card expenses through internal cost management system
  • Work closely with the Communications department to run corporate initiatives and media campaigns

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 5 + year of experience media planning and buying - combination of traditional and digital
  • Data-driven mind with fluency in PPC, CPA, CPC, CPM, CPCV
  • Master of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords, Google Search Console, Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Business Manager
  • Knowledge of WeChat platform and WeChat advertising
  • Experience with on-site & off-site SEO strategies including technical site audit
  • Experience planning and executing multi-language advertising
  • Expert negotiator and solution oriented
  • Adaptable to changes in client objectives or priorities
  • Meticulous and strong attention to detail while multi-tasking and working under tight deadlines
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in real estate a bonus
  • Experience with ASANA, Smartsheets, Lasso, Concur and various other platforms a bonus
  • Literacy in traditional and simplified Chinese a bonus
