Crown by Beedie Draws Over 200 Realtors

January 31, 2015

More than 200 Realtors turn out for the Tri-Cities' biggest realtor event.

This past Wednesday, more than 200 realtors from the Tri-City and Metro Vancouver took time out of their busy work days to visit Crown's Presentation Centre in Burquitlam, a neighbourhood that is poised for exciting changes as the Evergreen Line comes to service in 2016.

With standing-room only, Ryan Beedie, President of Beedie Development Group, spoke to the crowd about his excitement to build again in Coquitlam and how Crown's proximity to Simon Fraser University and SkyTrain makes these homes a solid investment. \"As one of Western Canada's largest land owners, we take our commitment to quality and customer service seriously.\" Beedie told the crowd. \"We want to exceed expectations and deliver only the best homes.\" [The Austin was Beedie's first residential project in Coquitlam.]

As a testament to Beedie's quality, numerous realtors mentioned that this is one of Beedie Living's most spectacular presentation centres. Crown is so impressive that several realtors wrote offers within the 2-hour event.

\"Crown is the best investment option in Coquitlam,\" says Cameron McNeill, President of MAC Marketing Solutions. \"Not only is it a high-quality building, Crown is located in an emerging transit-oriented neighbourhood. With low interest rates, now is the time to buy.\"

Crown by Beedie Living is a 26-storey high-rise located at 520 Como Lake Avenue in West Coquitlam. Completion is slated for spring of 2017. Spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes are available to purchase starting from the $280,000s. Each home will include Beedie quality finishes, and residents will enjoy 5,900 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space.
