Establish a Help Me to Help You Attitude when Selling

October 26, 2010

Building authentic genuine rapport with clientele is essential in today’s market place. It is not just about getting “the sale”. The sale will come when you take the time to establish and build a customers trust with integrity, love and honesty. Establishing a “Help me to help you” attitude is extremely important. Take the time to understand each and every one of your clients needs and desires as one shoe does not fit all feet. Sell the choice that best meets your clients needs which will in return enhance the bottom line. Speak from the heart and genuinely care about each and every customer and their “experience” with you.

Take the time to evaluate each experience you have with each customer and determine how you could have made the experience better. You will be rewarded with extremely loyal happy customers who will recommend you to others. In addition, you will continually outsell your competition along with exceeding your customer’s expectations prior and after the sale.
