MAC - What We Do. Why We Do It.

Since its inception in 2001, MAC has sold over 10,000 homes. We’ve done this by staying true to some fundamental philosophies of selling real estate established in difficult market conditions while always looking for exciting new ways to impact buyers. We believe in good, old fashioned hard work applied to a foundation of experience and constant innovative thinking to problem solve and sell any product in any market. That, and we just LOVE to market and sell real estate.

MAC is hired to ultimately increase the profitability of a residential real estate development for our clients and we do this by applying our fundamentals to every aspect of the project. Therefore, MAC’s typical scope of work is very broad – and by providing a very comprehensive scope we earn the privilege to transact the real estate. At MAC we define our services in four major arena’s:

1. MAC ESP – MAC ESP is a MAC proprietary process to assist with the marketability and sales velocity of a real estate development. “ESP” is an acroynm for “Envisioning”, “Strategy” and “Plan”….This process is imperative in developing the ‘blueprint’ for the project and keeping all suppliers and stakeholders on course. MAC ESP was originally used when planning a development from scratch but is equally effective when needing to kick-start an existing project.

2. MAC ENGINE – is the term we use to describe the market aspects of the business. The MAC Engine is the intensive effort, vast experience and exceptional talent coming together to create and execute a harmonious plan. Everything from Product Planning, Promotion, Public Relations, Graphic Design, On-line Marketing, Collateral Materials, Presentation Centres and more, are orchestrated and coordinated by MAC.

3. MAC FORCE – The MAC Force includes flawless execution of the entire sales process with an exceptional sales force. From building the sales team, data mining, prospect courtship, and sales presentation to prospect follow-up, team closing, and post sale service, the MAC Force is a 100% project dedicated team. Regardless of market conditions, a superior sales team has a significant positive impact on revenue and absorptions.

4. MAC BP - MAC prides itself of exceptional value-added service. MAC B.P. is MAC’s extensive “Builder Program” which includes a long list of additional and administrative services that are necessary in the development process. The B.P. program includes on-going media buying and coordination, sales contract administration, on-going site operations, post sale buyer liaison and updates, completion, conveyancing and buyer completion coordination.
