BC's Best Companies to work for 10th annual competition hosted by BC Business and their partners at MindField RPO Group Inc., found that a “sense of worth and a feeling of connection” is the core motivator that keeps employees truly invested in their work.
A common theme in this year’s employee comments is that it’s a company’s culture in which they are encouraged to share ideas – and where those ideas are actually valued – that helps them out of bed on a Monday morning.
