Hi, I’m Cameron McNeill of MAC Marketing Solutions. For over 17 years I have dedicated my career to selling and marketing real estate developments throughout Greater Vancouver and Western Canada. I’ve lost track of how many condo’s I’ve marketed and sold - my guess is over 15,000 - but I do know that MAC has sold over 10,000 since its inception in 2001.
I gained my personal experiences in some very difficult market conditions throughout much of the 1990’s and still consider myself a student of a “lean market.” MAC experienced some wild times in recent years and built it success on lessons learned in difficult markets. And in 2008, we watched (and tried to respond proactively) as a very significant shift in the global economic stage hit our industry.
I’ve recently decided to share my thoughts, ideas, and experiences with my industry peers plus anyone else interested. My regular blogs will perhaps be able to provide insight to a developer or a supplier and potentially assist in this difficult stage of the market cycle. Or perhaps even provide some further insight to Realtors and Buyers seeking opportunities. This info should be mostly relevant even if you are based in Vancouver, Chicago, or San Diego!
