Pre-sale Townhomes continue to see a lift in sales traction in South Surrey as consumer demand for real estate remains robust in the Fraser Valley area.
This past weekend, the new development project River + Pine, by Isle of Mann Property Group, announced it just reached 70% in pre-sales.
