As we take on this exciting new challenge, we are seeking a Corporate Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!

As we work with a hybrid remote policy, even before Covid, we will continue to adapt this method as we continue to navigate the guidelines administered by public health. Please note, only residents of the Lower Mainland will be considered at this time as we do require team members to collaborate in office and/or in person as needed. This is not a full-time remote opportunity.

We offer you an exciting and challenging work environment as a Corporate Marketing Specialist at our Downtown Vancouver office. You will report to the Director of Corporate Marketing and collaborate on an array of projects at varying life cycle stages.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, your core responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Manage all internal and external facing corporate brand strategies ensuring company is operating within the brand guideline
  • Strategic brand and communications support with MLA Canada services lines that intersect with Corporate Marketing
  • Support the Sales and Marketing teams on cross-project collaborations assisting in the amplification of MLA Canada projects in corporate channels
  • Collaborate with Advisory and Business Development project initiatives to help grow the corporate sales funnel of all service line leads
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on MLA Canada’s growth market communications
  • Assist in marketing communications for Nest Mortgage and MLA Complete
  • Develop, manage and execute corporate marketing plans
  • Assist and manage corporate marketing budget as well as negotiating best rates with all vendors
  • Strategize, manage, update and execute on corporate website, social media, email marketing, client experiences, company events, etc.
  • Support public relations initiatives fielding enquires as needed
  • Execute and support corporate marketing communications activities including external and internal initiatives
  • Manage any third-party public relations resources/agencies
  • Report on key functions, metrics and targets as they relate to the corporate marketing strategy
  • Manage and monitor the department budgets
  • Maintain knowledge base of marketing activities
  • Be intimately knowledgeable on all departmental processes
  • Be an ambassador of McNeill Lalonde & Associates (MLA Canada) inside and outside of our offices
  • Provide support and strategies to acquire new business and support on business development tools
  • Manage workflows, processes and resources
  • Adhere to company core values
  • Develop and manage departmental priorities, improve efficiencies when possible

REQUIREMENTS

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with preference for real estate experience
  • Relevant education (Certificate/Diploma/Degree) from a recognized institute
  • Proficiency MS Office applications and Project Management Software
  • Proficiency with Meltwater would be deemed a major asset
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to produce results independently while maintaining a positive team environment
  • An amazing attention to detail with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Time-management skills working under pressure with multiple projects and timelines
