2015 exceeded all expectations in terms of sales activity and price increases. In the MAC Intel 2016 Edition, MAC Marketing Solutions is not expecting 2016 to be as aggressive as 2015, but we are expecting prices to increase with strong sales numbers across the Lower Mainland and all housing types.
A struggling oil sector and volatility in key global markets — which will encourage migration into the province and keep our dollar low — coupled with low interest rates, limited supply and modest growth in the BC economy will continue to make Metro Vancouver an attractive place for housing investment.
