The Pre-sale Pulse will delve into topics like affordability, construction costs, real estate technology, legal standards, market shifts and what buyers are seeking in the marketplace.
Join us as pre-sale real estate experts review Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley’s housing market for the first quarter of 2018. With over 25 years in real estate, Cameron McNeill of MLA Canada will lead the discussion with Brent Sawchyn of PC Urban, Richard Bell of Avesdo, and Brendan Piovesan of Farris, Vaughan, Wills & Murphy LLP. The panel will discuss micro and macro trends including the impact thus far of the provincial budget, home taxes and how it has affected the city’s multi-family residential landscape.
