JOB OPENING – SALES DIRECTOR

MAC Marketing Solutions & BLVD Marketing Group are seeking an experienced, outgoing, organized and passionate Sales Director to join our industry-leading real estate team. The primary objective of this role is to improve the productivity and role fulfillment of our sales representatives by providing mentorship, productivity tools, coaching, and to be an extension of our great culture in which they can thrive.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate is a proven sales professional, with direct experience in sales management in the real estate industry and a positive track record of leading and motivating teams.

Role Expectations

  • Development and management of internal sales consultants and support roles
  • Develop, maintain and execute the MAC/BLVD training program for new and existing consultants
  • Regular progress meetings with sales directors and consultants regarding onsite feedback and development progress
  • Liaise and develop a rapport of trust with our developer clients
  • Pre-scheduled development evaluations and reviews with consultants
  • Provide internal sales consultants with ongoing leadership, resources and coaching to maximize their individual performances and sales skills
  • Develop and build Realtor and developer relationships throughout the industry
  • Active involvement in staff recruitment and evaluation

Desired Skills/Experience

  • A creative mind, with progressive thinking
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in sales management in the Real Estate Industry
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Advance skills using Lasso, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Actively licensed as a Realtor
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to lead a project from conception to completion
  • A diploma or degree in related field
  • High aptitude for multitasking
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and oral communications skills, including presentation ability
  • Strong follow-up skills and an ability to deal with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
  • Strong Leadership and people management skills; with ability to manage and motivate a growing team and foster our culture.
