POSITION FILLED – FRONT DESK/OFFICE ASSISTANT
BLVD Marketing Group & MAC Marketing Solutions are seeking a Front Desk/Office Administrator (Full-Time) for our Downtown Vancouver office. You will be joining Canada’s largest real estate marketing organization and supporting the company in a variety of aspects.

About the Role
Depending on your experience and knowledge, your core responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office (opening and closing 8:30AM - 5:30PM)
- Maintain facility appearance and tidiness
- Welcome employees and guests into the office including assisting with onboarding
- Answer and direct phone calls/take messages
- Collaborate with Executive Assistant on certain initiatives
- Provide support to a variety of departments including Events, HR, Admin, and others
- Handle confidential information and organize contract files and other documents
- Manage supply inventory and courier services
- Responsible for staging and clean up of boardroom for meetings, including making arrangements for catering when necessary
- Manage office birthday calendar and coordinate birthday celebrations
- Coordinate arrangements for weekly “Happy Hour” at the office(s).
- Participate in special events or private appointments that are outside of regular hours
- Be a company ambassador
What you bring to the table
- 3+ years experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Experience with CRMs, Google, Social Media platforms, and MS Office applications
- Ability to produce results independently while maintaining a positive work environment
- Your enthusiastic personality and positive attitude
- Your love of creating efficiency and increasing productivity
- Time-management and prioritizing skills working under timeline pressures
- An amazing attention to detail with an ability to thrive and stay organized in a fast paced environment
