"Month over month, sales and listings dropped 10.7% and 10.5% respectively. It should be noted that the decline in sales is proportional to the decline in inventory in the market. As headlines have shown, July saw its third highest sales in the Fraser Valley in the last 10 years, with inventory decreasing to levels not seen since the 1980's; dare I say, another record? Well, it was," states Reimer.
